Customer Service Agent

Your missions:

  • Receive / manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Process customer requests sent by email or chat

Your profile:

  • Have Bac +2 and / or higher
  • To be very comfortable in the practice of the English language, both orally and in writing
  • Have a good sense of relationship, have the taste of the challenge
  • Be reactive, fussy, dynamic
  • Have a very high availability to work
  • Have a first convincing experience in a call center (asset but not required)
