Customer Service Agent
Your missions:
- Receive / manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Process customer requests sent by email or chat
Your profile:
- Have Bac +2 and / or higher
- To be very comfortable in the practice of the English language, both orally and in writing
- Have a good sense of relationship, have the taste of the challenge
- Be reactive, fussy, dynamic
- Have a very high availability to work
- Have a first convincing experience in a call center (asset but not required)
